不過，才一轉身，柯文哲又脫口說出「白癡啊」。
另外，關於日勝生同意近期內支付積欠的美河市管理費；柯文哲則說，他已指示台北市副市長鄧家基和對方進行談判，包括美河市、交九及仲裁案等去處理，也差不多到收網的時候。1040321
